We tend to think of labor and birth as a different part of pregnancy, don’t we? Almost like two separate events. 1) Pregnancy 2) Labor and Birth.

Well, what about this? Labor and birth as an extension of pregnancy, just a continual part of the process. As our body conceives, grows and changes as do our babies that grow inside us.

As our body changes to make room for the baby on the inside, all on its own, it too will know how to give birth. One continuous flow from conception to baby in the arms, given to us by our bodies with the innate wisdom to do so.
