This is a healthy pregnancy class which will focus on the
key components to ensuring a healthy, low risk pregnancy.
If you are planning a pregnancy or are six months pregnnant
or less, this class will give you tramendouls amount of
support and information. Profound physical and emotional
changes occur during this time of your life. Laying the
foundation for your babies growth and development inside
the womb for the rest of pregnancy is empowering for both
partners. Class is individual, one hour, scheduled at your
