| What is a Refresher Course exactly? |
A refresher course is for women who have
been through birth before and have already taken the full
course class. Often times, with other little ones running
around it's hard to find the time, or a sitter, to take the
full course class again. If it is possible, by all means do
it, however, if you feel a 3 hour 'review' would work for
you then this is the class for you.

This is a 3 hour review scheduled at your
convenience. Because this class is private and completely
customized, once you register you will be emailed a list of
questions for you and your support partner to answer. From
these answers, a very individualized class will be created
to meet your needs.
