| Session Description |
Session 1: The Birth Counselor Interview
We discuss your history of family relationships, beliefs and any previous experience and associations to childbirth. We also discuss specific concerns about this pregnancy.
Session 2: Birth Visualization
With light hypnosis you will receive a guided visualization tailored to your specific needs addressing your specific anxieties or concerns.
Session 3: Pain Coping Session with Partner
We work together to discover what your natural coping style is for dealing with pain in labor and help your partner learn what this is in order to assist you in labor. Partners love this!
Session 4: Birth Processing | optional |
We review and integrate the power of the birth experience and assist in the adjustment in the postpartum period.
Cost:
Sliding scale, each session $55 - $75, pay what is comfortable to your budget.
