"I just want to say how much I value and enjoy your class. You are an excellent teacher who makes it fun, interesting and relevant.  I love your passion for what you are teaching, it makes this whole experience less daunting.

I had A LOT of fear about labor and delivery before class however, my focus has shifted from fear to acceptance and preparing my mind and body to cope with what is to come.

I will trust my body to know what it needs. The most important thing I will take with me is to listen to and follow my body."
